Under the provisions of law 178 of 3 March 1951, the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, as delegated by the President of the Italian Republic, has authorized HE Count Don Vincenzo Capasso Torre, Count of the Pástene, to use and wear the decorations of the Most Illustrious Royal Order of Saint Januarius, awarded to him 14 June 1960 by His Royal Highness the late Infante Don Alfonso, Duke of Calabria, of which His Royal Highness the Infante Don Carlos, Duke of Calabria is presently Grand Master.
